What does NS, normal page, mean?

• Normal page (NS) is a standardized page of 30 lines of 60 strokes, i.e 1800 symbols including spaces. Mostly it equals one page of A4 format.

What is your daily capacity?

• Our daily translation capacity is up to 7 normal pages. In case of proofreading up to 10 pages.

In what format will I receive the order?

• We will submit the order in a format of your choice (for example. Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF etc.)

Is the price final?

• All the prices are final, i.e. including VAT.

Do you offer legalized translations?

• No, for the time being we do not offer legalized translation.

What is the warranty period?

• If you are not satisfied with our services, you can claim within 7 working days.

By what means can I pick-up my order?

• We offer the following means: by e-mail, by fax, registered letter, messenger services, in person.
